For Online classes , we accept instalments either weekly or Biweekly. How much for Exams OR Online classes?
For Online classes ,our prices vary depending on class scope and the course.Just to make this clear we charge between $500 and $800 for a complete class, not more than that.For exams our prices are only between $100 and $150 Depending on the scope and the course.
Do you offer Refund for poor grades?
Our company has a very clear Refund policy for poor grades. If our tutor by any chance gets you a failing grade, you have the right to demand for a full refund. This is usually a short process which you can check in our Refund policy page
Do I have to pay upfront?
No, We only require you to pay half the amount before and the remaining half after for Exams. For Online Classes , we accept instalments either weekly or biweekly. Example; if you class goes for 8 weeks and we charge you a total of $700 then you can either choose to pay $87.50 weekly or $175 Biweekly.
What payment Method do you accept and is it safe?
PAYPAL is our preffered payment method so you can either pay from your PAYPAL Account or You can use your Credit/Debit card. We can also accept other methods such as Skrill, Western Union, Sendwave and Bitcoins
Can I communicate with my tutor directly
Yes , you will be in contact with our tutor directly through Whatsapp Or Email.
Is this whole process safe? Will my school know
Absolutely yes! The whole process is fully safe and no one will know about your identity. Your login credentials will be kept 100% safe.We do not share your logins or contact information with anyone.
What happens if I am not happy with my tutor and need a new one ?
If by any reason you are not happy with the tutor you were paired with, it's simple, just let us know through the live chat in the site or email help@teratutors.com and we will switch the tutor immedietly.
Do you tackle proctored/Monitored Exams?
YES, we take Proctored exams. We have two option for this ; you can either send our tutor pictures of the questions through whatsapp during Exam or we can screen share and work from your computer
